If you run a restaurant, a garage or a holiday rental in Madeira and have asked for website prices, you have probably received very different figures. That is because "a website" can be a single page or a system with bookings, payments and several languages.

What makes the price vary

Number of pages. A page with your services and contact details takes far less work than a website with several services, a gallery and articles.

Features. Bookings, catalogues or online payments add development and testing.

Languages. In Madeira, many customers may come from abroad. Each extra language means translation and review.

Content. Ready-made text and photos reduce the work. If they have to be created from scratch, the cost goes up.

Our guide prices

To help you see where to start, these are CleanCode's starting prices, excluding VAT:

  • QR code menu: from €95
  • Single page: from €155
  • Online bookings: from €310
  • 4 to 6 page website: from €360
  • Maintenance: from €12/month

Management systems and automations are quoted case by case. The final price is always set out in a written proposal. You can see what each option includes in our guide prices.

Costs worth asking about

  • Domain and hosting: are they included or charged separately? These costs recur.
  • Changes: how many rounds are included?
  • Maintenance: who updates the website and makes backups after launch?
  • Ownership: is the domain registered in your company's name?

How to compare two proposals

A low price is only an advantage if it includes what you need. Compare the number of pages, languages, features, timeline and support after delivery. If any of these points is not in writing, ask for it to be added before you decide.

Where to start

Think about what you want customers to be able to do on their phone: call, book, see the menu or request a quote. Start with the simplest solution that achieves this and add the rest when you need it.
